What can you see on the Home screen?

In the “Home” section, also "Wall" or "Home page", is gathered all the social network activity. At a glance you will be able to see everything that happens in your organization and keep up to date of projects, tasks, events or groups in which you participate.

To interact on this page you may type inside "Share with users". You can comment all your colleagues publications, cite them in a post, upload files or videos, create surveys or simply mark a "Like" on any comments made by users.

The main page has a column in black, "DASHBOARD", to the right of the wall, where you can access the summary of all your activity:

  • At a glance we can see right at the top all the received messages(“envelope” icon), and notifications ("bell" icon).

  • Hours worked: you will access directly to the "tracker", where you can get into the tool and manage or visualise the functions that interest you.

  • Projects: you can see and access to all your projects.

  • Tasks: you will find here all your tasks.

  • Events: you can access all your scheduled events.

  • Groups: you can see all the groups you are in.

  • APPS. The use of other social networks (Facebook, Twitter, G+) is disabled by default and only the administrator of the company will be able to activate them from the "Admin" tab and "manage settings". In "Apps" you will find:

Facebook: You can share messages, pictures and events with all your friends.

Twitter: You can share your messages and photos with your followers.

Skype: you can carry out video conferences.

• Integration with Google Docs, One Drive and Dropbox.x.

Tracker: in just one step you will be able to download the installer of Social Shared Tracker.

Calendar: To connect with your Google Calendar you need to log in your Google account and link both accounts.
