• Use AT sign (@)when you want to draw the attention of a particular user. Example: @jose.fernandez
• Use the “pad sign”(#) when you want to mention a specific project. Example: #userguide
• Two dots: are used when you want to use emoticons.

In addition, you'll also find the possibility to upload files (from your computer, Google Drive, Drop Box and One Drive), insert videos and create surveys. You can also drag files from your computer directly to the box "Share with users".
