FAQsTasks

What are the tasks?

“Tasks” are actions, works or activities to carry out. You can create a task and assign it to other users or yourself, and can be part of a project or just individual tasks.

If you access a project you can see all the tasks which are part of that project, or from the screen of "Tasks" you can "Go to the project tasks" that interests you, see "All my tasks" and "Create a new task ".

When we open a project it appears the wall of the project, where the interaction of all users can be seen at a glance. At the top, along with the rest of the features, if we click on the tasks tab we can see a list of all the tasks of tha project and many other elements that allow us their organization, order and chronology.

Tags

Tags (represented by the “label” icon) can be assigned to the tasks, so that with these keywords, we can define the content of the tasks in detail, provide more information and quickly identify the purpose of the task. In addition, from this functionality we can filter tasks and subtasks for a faster search.

Comments

At a glance we will see the list of comments (“sandwich” icon) with the number of comments (in blue) produced in the task or subtask wall.

Ordering tasks

Tasks can now be dragged by placing the cursor where marked with a red arrow and moving the row to the desired position. This will allowyou to order the tasks in a very fast and agile way when viewing them, depending on the priority you want.

Subtasks

Once we click on the task we will be able to create subtasks, so that the work can be better organized. Subtasks will be handled just like tasks, because they have the same features and its own wall from which users interact (communicating, uploading files and organizing video conferences with members of the task or subtask).

Both tasks and subtasks can be edited (“pencil” icon) and the features of the work can be changed. From task and subtask we can also not be visible to external users. This way, work can be seen only for the rest of the team involved in the work.
