FAQsGroups

What are groups for?

Groups are worth for connecting users in the same team, department or people with the same goals and interests in common. You can create groups to connect people in a department, work on a project, or just share hobbies.

Groups can be private, public and with or without admin acceptance:

  • Private groups will only be visible to users by invitation, while hidden for the rest of the users.

  • Public groups can be public or to require acceptance by the admin of the group, who has the authority to accept or reject the request from a user, depending if it complies or not with the desired requirements to be part of that group.

How do you create a new group?

Go to the “Create group” icon on the top menu. A dialog box, in which you fill the basic data, opens. Then you can assign a name to the group, make a description of it, invite users, upload a group image and decide the privacy.

In the “Groups” section you have access to the information of all the groups in your company and those in which you are involved, including its members, their tasks and files and the level of privacy of each one of them.

When a group is created you can invite and manage people who are part of the group, as well as editing it at any time. If you want to add or remove members, view files, create tasks, video conferences or unsubscribe from the group, you can do it in the left column in the "Options" section.

In addition, you can see on the right all the events you are involved or even create a new one.
