There are different type of users: internal (people belonging to the company), and external ( suppliers, partners, distributors, clients, etc)

If you are a company user, you just have to follow, and if you are an external user, you have to wait until the chosen user accepts your follow-up request.

The admin of the company can decide if he wants to share the network with external users (providers, clients, partners, etc)and if so, about the interaction level they will have with the rest of net users.

External users can have a different privacy policy set by the admin. In the “Admin” screen, click on the left “Manage settings”, and all the possible privacy settings will appear.

Privacy settings with external users:

External users can view internal users: the administrator can decide whether external users will be able to see internal users profiles.

External users can follow and / or interact with internal users: the interaction of external users with internal users is allowed.

External users can see other external users: the administrator will grant permission to external users to see other external (this does not mean interaction).

External users can follow and / or interact with other external users.
