How to upload documents
There are different ways to upload and share files.
Files section
In this section you can store your files and organize them in public or private folders. When you upload a file it is not notified to any user, although your public files will be accessible to other users.
You can upload files from your computer or from your Dropbox, Google Drive or One Drive accounts. Once uploaded you can classify the documents as public or private (just you can view them).

In projects and tasks
In a project you can upload a file either from the files section of the project itself, or from any project, task or subtask wall. If you upload it from the file section, the procedure is similar to the one described above. The difference is that it will be created a thread in your project wall and all project members will receive the notification that you have uploaded a new document.
If you upload it from a task or subtask, you will have to do it from the news feed of the wall. The advantage of uploading it here is that, in addition, you can mention (using @) the user/s to which the file is intended and that it will be saved in the appropriate task or subtask. Click the icon under the news feed ("share with users") and select the correspondent option for the file you want to upload (from your computer, Google Drive, Dropbox or One Drive). You can also drag a file directly from your computer.
When you upload a document from Google Docs to a project or task, the system will grant access to it to all project members.

In addition, in any task you are working in, you will find on the right of the screen all documents you have shared to have them organized in each activity.
You will be able to see all files saved in a project in the Files section ordered by the correspondent task or subtask.
