How to activate Tracker

The "Tracker" function must be activated by one of the "Admins" of the company.

Only admins and people to whom "Tracker" has been activated will see the icon "Clock" on the top of the tool, in the top menu, and once the admin select the users who can use Tracker, the link to download the application is activated in their dashboard.

In the setup menu, the "Admin" can decide who can access and use the application, and also can decide who can see stats, those users that for some reason (privacy for example) they don't want them to store screenshots of their activity, and allow or not the users to delete screenshots.

For those the admin has decide not to store screenshots, the hours are collected as for the rest of the users, but not the images taken of their screens.

Only the users can manage their own hours, delete, edit or reassign them. Not even account administrators can perform these actions.
