What can I use the blog for?

The Blog is a perfect tool to share with other users in a deeper and extensive way your opinions or notions about different topics or contents.

Like forums, the blog is very useful since it allows you to store information that will last over time and can be used as a repository of knowledge.

To “Publish a new article” you just simply have to insert a title, the publication date, a main image and select whether you want the article NOT to be public (it will only be visible for company users) or public (the article will be visible for all users, internal or external).

You will have a text editor in which you can write and shape the publication using styles, links, images, videos, etc.

Once published the article you will be able to see the visits and comments and share it up to 160 tools and social networks as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Email, Buffer, Meneame, Tumblr, etc.

The administrator of the company account is the person who authorizes whether the blog is available or not for the rest of the users, and also can decide if an article need his approval before being published. The admin can select the following setups for the blogs.

  • Activate or not the blog.
  • If the article needs approval to be published.
  • Make the blog public or not.

This selection will be made by the administrator from the “Admin” section in the “Manage settings” tab.
