How to manage my files

All users can share "Files" simply by attaching them to tasks, projects, groups or events. You can also create a personal folder where you can have access to all your files.

Documents:

You can handle and share all your files, as well as upload them from your computer or from your Google Docs, One Drive or Dropbox accounts.

Type of documents:

The system supports virtually any kind of file: images (jpg, png, gif), text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, ...

Folders:

You can create all the folders you want, private or public. You can move a file to a folder just by dragging the document icon. If you want to edit a folder o change its privacy, you must select the icon and click on the right mouse button to see the different options.

Privacy:

If you mark a folder or a document as private, only you will be able to access those documents. To change privacy, click on the right mouse button on the icon and you will see the different options.

Sharing:

You can share your documents with all the users of the network, only with members of a group, or just with the people assigned to a project or a task.

Google Docs, Dropbox and One Drive

If you have a Google Docs, Dropbox or One Drive account, and you have it linked with your Social Shared's account, you can upload you documents and share them with other users of Social Shared.
