Creating tasks

In a project

To create tasks within a project, you just have to access the tasks section and add to the list all the tasks you want. You can also assign a responsible for the task, a start and a due date and its status. If you want to assign the task to several people, use the pencil icon beside the name of the task and add any people you want. You can also add tags, a date as a reminder, the estimated duration or mark it as private. Thus, only the people assigned to this task may see it, being hidden to the other project participants.

From the main menu

You can create individual tasks without the need to assign them to any project. You just click on the “Create task” button, write a name and a description and then decide whether to assign it to a project, to a group, or one or more of the people you follow or follow you.

You can also assign a responsible for the task. If you are the creator of the task, you can edit it at any moment.

When you create a task, you can set the due date and program a notification before the end of that date. All the people assigned to that task will be able to share files just by attaching them to the task.
